🎯 Goal of the day
Close the bootcamp by presenting the solution to the panel. The morning is dedicated to alignment and rehearsal; the afternoon, to the presentations. Each group has a 4-minute pitch, in a free format: use the time however you want — live demo, storytelling, a skit, a video — as long as the panel leaves understanding the problem, seeing the solution work and feeling the value. There's no right script, and a memorable pitch sticks as much as a good solution.
🕐 Schedule of the day

- 13:00 – 13:30 — Institutional opening and panel introduction.

⚖️ What the panel evaluates
Five criteria
- Problem Definition: how well the squad understood, deepened and articulated the business opportunity behind the partner's challenge.
- Solution-Problem Coherence: does the built solution really address the diagnosed opportunity? Are the use of AI and the approach justified?
- Communication and Pitch: clarity, structure and persuasive power of the squad's presentation before the evaluating panel.
- Collaboration and Autonomy: how the squad organized itself, distributed responsibilities and drove the project's development independently.
- Azul & Brand Alignment: the solution genuinely contributes to the candidate evaluation process, reflecting the tone and values of Azul.
🚫 Mistakes that compromise the evaluation
Avoid
- A demo with no plan B, dependent on an unstable connection.
- Reading the slide with your back to the panel.
- No one able to answer "who uses this?".
- Going over time — rehearse with a stopwatch.
- Demonstrating with generic examples instead of the partner's real data.
